AOLPress is a WYSIWYG HTML editor. As the name implies, it's provided by America On Line as 'their gift to the Web community'. It has some limitations, but overall it does a great job of basic web page development. If it won't handle your needs, you probably need to look for one of those big-dollar programs. Download it at http://www.aolpress.com. You do not have to subscribe to AOL to download or use this program, and it's free.
