TV Guide Quiz #1

1. OK.  The picture at the left is a real gimme.  Name the show and you get a whopping 1 point.  Name the actress (that's the person on the left) and you can have another point.

2. The three folks on the right are a lot tougher.  This short-lived show starred three veteran character actors who have been in many other (sometimes more successful) series.  This particular offering centered around a "family" concocted by responses to classified ads posted by the "mother."  The theory was that most families are just thrown together, whereas this way, one gets to choose their relatives.  If you can name the show, you're sick, but you'll receive 3 points.  Name the actors and you get a point apiece.

3. The final three images all came from the same TV Guide Fall Preview, but they're included only to help you identify the year.  So, what year did all these pictures appear in the magazine?  Get it right and garner 2 points.
