TV Guide Quiz #5

The fellow in the middle picture above is familiar and has had some success on television.  This particular show was not among those successes.  TV Guide's write-up of this offering mentioned some of the following (paraphrased very loosely): He's a cop too busy mastering the art of Kojakian dialogue ("I don't care diddley-do what you and Maury used to get away with...I'm your new partner--pleased to meetcha--and we go by the book on this one or we don't go at all.  Capish?" and "They've got my tooky in the squisher.  Whaddya want me to do?").  Fellow cops on the show are Michael Conrad and Charles Haid.  Name the show for 2 points; the actor for 1.

3. The series on the far right was ill-fated from the get-go.  The premise was brothers separated as youngsters, one to grow up "back east" and become a doctor, the other abducted by Cheyenne Indians and raised in the wilds.  Didn't matter, because it aired opposite show #1 above.  So if you ever saw this show, you're one of 18 people in the world to do so.  Coming up with the title of the show nets you 2 points.  And because the two lead actors are somewhat well-known, you can have a point each for naming them.
