Availability

What is available in my area?

For FTTH: Currently, it is not possible to order FTTH as we are only beginning to install the fiber in the ground. To help us to determine where we should install the fiber, please tell us where we should go next! Click here to let us know and stay up to date on Innova's progress.

For DSL: If the AT&T equipment is installed in your area and the connections are not already full then you will be able to subscribe to DSL. To find out if your area meets these requirements please call us at 864.888.4911.

For Dial-Up: The only requirement for Dial-Up is that you have a AT&T landline. Our Dial-Up is not capatible with Vonage or Magic Jack.

Why can't I just enter my phone number to figure out availability?

We used to offer this in the past. However, we found that the margin of error was simply too great. Too many times it would give people the wrong answer. To be absolutely sure, it is best to give us a call at 864.888.4911.

Fiber to the Home Internet

What is Fiber Optic Internet?

Fiber optic networks use light waves to transmit information over glass or plastic fibers. Whereas your DSL or dial-up connection uses copper wiring to transmit electrical signals.

Why do I care?

Fiber optic networks offer much higher speeds than traditional connection types such as DSL and Dial-up. Fiber Optic is generally hundreds of times faster than your average DSL connection. With a fiber connection you can easily achieve download rates of 20 to 100Mbps or more and upload rates to match. Compare this to 6 Mbps with DSL and 56 Kbps with Dial-up and the 1 Mbps or less upload rates you are currently getting.

Is it expensive?

Absolutely not! The great thing about Fiber Optic is that it is really cheap. Common DSL services offer 6x1 Mbps (6 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload) for around $43.00 per month. Compare this to getting speeds of 10x10 Mbps for around the same per month with Fiber Optic. Fiber is nearly invincible against lightning and other sources of electrical interference and it does not corrode like copper lines; this translates into more reliability and affordability for you.

What do I need all this speed for?

Truth be told, if all you do is check email and maybe download a few songs every once in a while, then you probably don't need Fiber. Dial-up, DSL or Cable will be sufficient for you. However, if you are like most, you want to experience the Internet at its full potential. You want to download or stream full-length movies, upload your vacation photos and videos to share with family and friends, watch TV on your laptop and play online gaming. DSL and Dial-up simply cannot keep up with the ever increasing speed demands of the Internet and Cable connections are just too expensive. Fiber provides the speed and reliability at a cost you can afford.
