Outage Update
To our customers of Innova.net and Technology
Solutions:
Last night at about 2:00am one of our Internet providers
had an equipment failure at a central office in the
Southeast. AT&T had a router fail and could
not facilitate repairs until 1:00pm today. As
a result, many of our customers could not access the
Internet, WEB sites or their email. All of our
systems were functioning normally but we did not have
a connection to the Internet until AT&T repaired
their equipment. Our staff monitored the problem
and called for updates every 30 minutes until the problem
was resolved. Please know that this was not a
system failure by Innova. It was a system failure
by AT&T. We take issues like this very seriously
and have already engaged the AT&T repair team to
prevent this in the future.

Important News From Innova!
First, we would like to extend a warm welcome to our Net-Magic customers. As of October 1, we will have moved all the Net-Magic customers to Innova.net. The only change that you will see is a new logo on the billing invoice that you get.
Many of you will receive your first bill from Innova.net the first of October. Please make sure to look at the bill and let us know of any changes.
Over the next few weeks we will be contacting each of you to update your customer information. We won't be selling anything, so don't be afraid to pick up the phone.
